Was observing one of the blue-tailed bee-eaters in the process of consuming an insect when a bright green bird flew to an adjacent trunk just above the bee-eater. The bright green bird turned upside down and was hanging that way for a few moments before releasing its grip and dropping down to a lower branch. The bird did not have a noticeable blue crown (at the top of its head) and it also seemed to lack a red throat patch. It was likely a female Blue-Crowned Hanging Parrot.
Time : about 9.25am
Place : Bukit Brown, Stream Valley (near Lornie Road)
